Hasn't it been stated that DECN could be sold for 20 million dollars, or .18 a share. Do you know who posted that. If that is true and DECN is sold wouldn't the acquiring company keep all of the proceeds of the J&J settlement.

Shareholders should initiate a shareholder derivative lawsuit or perhaps a class action suit against the BOD.
