After 3 reverse splits in 3 years I believe, I'm thinking another R/S may be in CHIT's future. Just my opinion here.

20,000-to-1 reverse split - May 31, 2017:

"In effecting the Reverse Split, we are consolidating the number of our outstanding shares of common stock on a ratio of 1 share for every 20,000 shares issued and outstanding as of the record date set forth below."

30,000-to-1 reverse split - February 9, 2016:

"In effecting the Reverse Split, we are consolidating the number of our outstanding shares of common stock on a ratio of 1 share for every 30,000 shares issued and outstanding as of the record date set forth below. "

15-to-1 reverse split - April 29, 2015:

"Pursuant to the acquisition, the Company has (a) effected a 1-for-15 reverse stock split"
