Hopefully, soon, GERS moves out of that "dogs" list. As Eric Maria Remarque wrote in 1928 -- "All quiet on the Western Front". In our case (GERS) we are in a period of quiet (disinterest?) before the big push or the big fizzle; flash or fizzle I believe that nothing in between is our destiny.

If another delay or stay is requested and granted many GERSlanders will head for the life-boats. But that is not the fizzle. The only test of our propellant will be after a settlement (earlier) is announced or final adjudication (later) occurs. That is when we will know if this gambit is getting off the launching pad. Everything else before then is just noise.
