It is extremely reasonable to reach the conclusion that all beta tests, and field tests and past license agreements were failures. It each case the testee/licensee was going to rollout the product throughout their organizations. It is sad to say that never happen even after some actually paid in full for a license. So we do not need any release of any NDA because the results are self explanatory. Bruce can not hide the negative results behind NDAs, because VLDI to this day has been unable to sign a single client with a commercialized product producing ongoing revenue. Why would anyone believe the test were successful or the license agreement were successful if they never decide to become clients. The results were so impressive that they all ran for the hills.

If the tests were successful, we would have clients, ongoing revenue, and endorsements, which the VP product has none of.
