This is what makes this situation different than what we are accustomed to with "OTC CEO's"

Been there seen that, I know for a fact that the background or past success of a CEO does not relate mutually with future success in penny stocks!
I've personally watched one stock in particular for quite some time, it changed management and the resume of the CEO currently was touted with an extravagant and highly successful past, however, he cannot for whatever reason duplicate his success in penny land! Don't count the chickens before they hatch, no matter how many eggs the hen has laid in the past!
