I remember doing some investigation into that address a year or so ago or more. If memory serves me correct, I called and spoke to the guy who owns LA Cash And Carry. He said Tom Kim rents out the second story of that building. It's a storage place. He probably has all of his unsold clothes stored there. The guy told me that Kim shows up once a month to pay his rent and collect any mail. He also uses this same address for other businesses that he supposedly has or has had in the past. I seriously doubt that he will be selling the DeTomaso in the parking lot in front. Not in that neighborhood! LOL
