Been trading penny stocks for about 30 years and can promise you anybody that has traded penny stocks any length of time has been caught in a R/S. If I see a R/S before the r/s date I usually just sell. If I get caught in a R/S and only have a few shares I will usually just hold them and then wait until the dust settles and watch for bottom(which is usually about where the PPS was before the R/S) and then buy more and flip them when even or profit again and then move on. Nobody likes a R/S but doesn't mean you have to lose money. Some find a way out and some just complain and remain bitter about it forever. This one does not have a bad R/S history. They did a small 1/2 R/S back in 2000 and then one in 2012 for 1/1500 in 2012 whch was 5 years ago. This one wasn't as bad as they gave you plenty of time to get out ahead of time if you wanted and also gave a divedend of 1 new share of for every 1500 shares you owned. The fact they have been able to keep the O/S below 20 million in the last 5 years tells me they are not abusing anything purposely. I can asure you there are much worse companies out there.
