Those brilliant students are not welcome and are often being told to leave ...

Our best and brightest do not always make it to higher education because of lots of reasons...mainly obscene cost.

The empty slots go to those who value education and can afford it...the west coast higher education facilities are slammed with Far East budding scholars with plenty of cash. Their countries KNOW that educating their populace is how countries flourish and advance the human condition...unlike our current "dumbf*ckistan leadership"
