My Opinion: USE SEC MIAMI OFFICE

Regarding the several posts about filing SEC complaints- there is the general "hot line" and on-line template as one person posted - but those go to SEC Washington D.C. or some central, mega clearing house type facility.

Me, I'd just go straight to the Florida regional office, which is based right out of good ole Miami. They keep an eye on their own backyard, shall we say.

They're more direct it seems to me, right in USRM's backyard, literally.

U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
Miami Regional Office
801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1800
Miami, FL 33131
Direct Dial: (305) 982-6301
Fax no.: (305) 536-4146
E-mail: miami@sec.gov

I'd just send them a direct email IMO. Or call um, and ask um if they have a specific name/contact they'd like one to use when sending them info and complaints. They'll tell you what to do.

Going through SEC DC IMO, is likely slow, laborious, and potentially like falling into a black-hole.

If anything regarding USRM and the SEC is actually taking place (who the H knows? The SEC will never state if there's a pending or open investigation- like any law enforcement agency SOP) then the Miami office dudes would be on it IMO, as the SEC works via breaking the country down into major regions- and Florida is a hot-bed for SEC micro-cap fraud, one of their biggest areas the SEC covers for OTC stocks.

The Miami office is the main regional office for Florida of course and all the S-E region. Any investigator(s) or attorney staff or whatever would be assigned out of that Miami office would be my guess, as it's literally right in their own backyard.

My 4 cents worth on that, for whatever it's worth.
