No, There is no "new" Florida filing, only the one filed back in January under a different name after Margrit failed to pay the Nevada SOS for Marani Brands, Inc.

Of course none of this was mentioned via an update to shareholders. There have been No disclosures submitted to OTCMarkets for any period since March 2015 either.

"All the MRIB volume this year"? That's easily seen via dilution from block positions.
