There is no company. Toxic debt is the only asset that this empty shell has. This is how the shell holder (DeAngelis) makes a living. REAC is his personal ATM. He reports bogus salaries, to himself, and then sells that debt to toxic noteholders.

Hey, if a shell holder siphons that much money off of the investing public, why not throw back a tidbit to be an SEC filer? Makes this scam empty shell look almost legit.
