For every stock in the market there is a "bid" and an "ask".

We had a little over 2 million on the ask. Someone bought about half of it. Once the rest have been purchased at .0004, the next price (.0005) will be available and the PPS will go up.

The selling of 1050 shares, IMO, is someone trying to keep us in the red to induce selling.
