flextronics is out of the picture right now as they are not interested in producing a couple of thousand units , they will only come on board when you are talking about tens of thousands of units. 5barz needs to raise capital which they have failed to do other than piecemeal financing over the last couple of years. why it is so difficult for them to raise money to get into business goes back to an order they supposedly have for 5 million units . if u can't raise capital with a legitimate order like that you have no business running this company.
