That's kind of funny - two no bid, no-information stocks, both with the STOP sign designation, are going to fund the development of an app.

With what? Combined they had about $2000 cash, total.

At least they were very similar scams, neither has submitted OTCM disclosures in years, both had a scammer as CEO.

At one point HESG added MEXP / INOH to the collaborative mix as well - that way it could be three cash-poor scams working on nothing but selling shares.
