It will be something to see.

Forget the original malpractice, failing to notify a client of a significant threat, writing the the Board that they were independent for 2015, taking $25,000 to re audit 2014 when there was a clear conflict, failing to respond to requests for work papers, then holding the work papers as a form of blackmail.

Wait till the ex head of compliance testifies!

Wait till the guy who was but on the 2015 audit in name only testifies

Wait till they go one by one down the list of violations committed

Then, the best will be when Seth testifies to the fact that Cowan ignored his requests for the the work papers, and that Meyler was caught outright lying in the deposition stating that the accountant had the papers.

I will love watching Seth testify to the fact that even Cowan's lawyer, Attorney Herzog, refused to respond to requests for the work papers, In fact, it was not until the first mediation was date was set that Herzog addressed them and he still did not return the papers until the mediation in Febuary.

The mediator can certainly testify, especially regarding the behavior of the parties and if any events out of the ordinary took place..

Attorney Herzog is just as big as a sleazeball as Berman.
