This week may well be explosive as announcements of the Audit is completed and news of impending acquisitions are released. The Authorized amount was increased from 500,000,000 to 975,000,000. The only reasons I can think of to do that is very positive. Use stock as a payment for either a merger or acquisition or a forward stock split. Its just a guess on my part but why go to the trouble if plans were not in the making. The future is blinding bright with ITKH.
