Either way it doesn't matter. People change their minds all the time. We have a DECN consultant here making bold statements. By bold I would say they are exaggerations at best. So, if what has been reported here by the DECN consultant is true, which odds are against for obvious reasons, and there was an agreement, people change their minds all the time and judges don't care. That is why they are judges. Unless TAUG has done something egregiously wrong, which on the surface they have not, then TAUG is still the victim and the rest of this nonsense coming from a paid consultant of DECN is just that. Nonsense.
