Korenko answered all old questions that Katzaroff didn't/couldn't answer. That's the reason it was denied, not bc the product didn't work, but bc JK was incompetent. Korenko and John Smith submitted 200 pages of questions and animal data that prove Radiogel works. The cat treated last year has been cured. I'm sure Korenko will release that data when he feels the time is right. In the meantime, they've been treating other animals and the manufacturing processes have been perfected. We now have the ability to file our own IP around the product as the agreement w Battelle suggests.
We are now not beholden to Battelle, they are beholden to us. They licensed a partial product to us a few years ago. Korenko perfected it. We can run with our version going forward so there is nothing for them to "take back" They are not entitled to the perfected version we produced, but are entitled to royalties under the agreement.

This is a slam dunk approval, whether it's in a year or a couple years.

My bet is 12-18 months. In the meantime, the vet business should kick off after Labor Day imo. I'm sure there will be discussions at next week's meeting regarding vet.
