98% was just a minor detail. Focusing on that, misses the central point of Pluto's post.
The central point, and assertion, was that team TAUG's negotiations were a sham. The negotiators didn't actually have the power to decide, so could not bargain in good faith. If that assertion is true, team TAUG effectively violated the Judge's order for settlement discussions, because "the", or at least "a", key decision maker was not at the table.
