Nascar did it again: NASCAR waited to throw the caution until after the leaders hit the overtime line Sunday, meaning the race wouldn't be restarted and Kasey Kahne was declared the winner. NASCAR Executive VP Steve O'Donnell said NASCAR makes every attempt to finish the race under green, and said having a quick trigger on the caution in overtime is not the way to reach that goal. O'Donnell: "We want to make the attempt, but we want to do that under the regular regulations of how we call – we look at that as our last attempt. We look at each one [in overtime] as our last attempt, and if it can play out, it can play out."
