I enjoy reading all the post here by you, N3, Knox and tek. and a few others.

just remember that there's a small possibility for them to actually do another extension on Nasdaq, with this in mind, going to OTC will not benefit the management and BOD at all. this is just a waiting game for those who can wait, and get rewarded at the end of it.

retails has already forced a NO to everything the management proposed, from additional delusion to R/S, like what you have said, this is never about retail, it's all about TUTEs and company's own greed. All we have to do is sit back and wait patiently.

Looking forward to how the market will be like in the coming days leading up the the end of the month, there's a higher chance of a partnership being announced compared to buyout IMO because no matter what, SK still wants to have control over the company. the partnership announcement will be enough to drive the PPS to over a dollar.
