Wow, kind of sounds like a fairy tale? LMAO.....

Out of the 98% of cases that have been either settled or dismissed, how much experience do you have with similar cases? Have you personally been involved with any, if so can you give us a few examples?

I'm sure if 98% of the cases that were dismissed or settled as you say, then it shouldn't be that hard to find another lawsuit such as TAUG's that was dismissed or settled..... RIGHT?

I'm quite sure that what you're saying is all fabricated anyway, to the extent that it kind of sounds like Berman wants his stinky fingers in the pie, is this how Berman treated his shareholders? Oh well I guess we should settle before the judge dismisses the case... !!!! REALLY? ROTFLMAO

I don't think settling now when the trial date is set for Nov. would be a very wise thing to do now would it?

I've also heard about the lowball offers from the insurer, (much higher than Bermans original estimate of $250k LMAO) every offer seems to be going up each time though, why is that and what does this say in regards to Cowans actions, or lack of? I'll tell you what, even the lawyers and insurers know that Cowan and clan are guilty as charged !!! They are scared and trying to mitigate massive losses on payouts that a judge or jury will cast in TAUG's favour !!!
