OK, I was told to look into this. I have red flags. After 35 years, seeing an OTC go from .85/share to over 22.00/share within same 12 months, and not uplist to major exchange for legitimacy, gives me concerns.. And the OTC Markets "Caveat Emptor" public warning over them too worries me...
