Yes, it's pretty pathetic. Kristul doesnt deserve to have 1 share sold in his company if he can't complete simple filings. The volume in the stock represents that failure. It seems the board is being used for free IR. Not cool. He needs to pay an IR and file with the SEC like a real man.
