I'm unaware of what measures the FDA takes in establishing the legitimacy of a product's ownership as opposed to merely it's efficacy. All I know is what I learned from my conversations with the German manufacturer, Dr Klaue, whose company held the original rights, title, etc to Injex, which is now Inojex. He was unaware of everything I was telling him that was unfolding and was asking me what steps should be taken to prevent the piracy. I suggested he turn the matter over to the company's legal department and have them contact the SEC. However, I learned after that, that he had transferred/sold the rights to a Chinese company. So I had come to the end of the line. Now, I'm just going to wait and see what unfolds.
