You need to review the FDA site a little further, your facts are not totally correct and you may wish to look at the patent dept. as well.
It is amazing how a couple of you continue to blame Berthold without having the facts.
Dr. Oda was brought in by this sham group N3gu. It had nothing to do with Berthold.
If you research the legal actions currently ongoing which INOL failed to devulge all of the legal action currently transpiring in their recently filed annual financial. Speak of that legal action INOL is loosing their law firm which is one of the largest in North Carolina.
Then if you just happen to look on the California State Bar Association website under attorneys and do a search for Mr. Randall Lanham the corporate legal counsel for INOL, you will see that the state bar is after Mr. Lanham for practicing law without being legally available to do so in California. Glad we are not in his shoes.
If one also looks at all of the support documents that Berthold presented to the Law firm and the court, you will clearly see that none of this has anything to do with Berthold, to the contrary, it appears that he is the person that is doing everything correctly, at least with all of the legal activities. Which is certainly not what can be stated regarding the entire current INOL group and this scam that they got caught attempting to perpetrate.
