You will see the ownership of the Inojex 30 is Inolife Technologies Inc. and not sure if you have ever dealt with the FDA but they are a pain and very detailed oriented federal organization and don't let you register for approval just like that, they need all the documentation to go with it. Therefore, I personally don't have a problem with the ownership situation of the needle free technologies.
I think it is more about the scams that Gary Berthold did that is a problem going forward and may be you are write that they should have done a better due-diligence but at the end of the day Gary Berthold is a lifetime con man and fooled them. Then they hired the suppose Dr. John Oda, another scam and I would not be surprised that Berthold had something to do with it.
This deal is a big cluster fkck and I hope they can fix it going forward because it looks promising
