Oh, I get it.....

We must not be aware that any misrepresentation filed with the SEC through any filing Q, K, etc. is considered a felony and a federal offense.

We should tone down the conspiracy rhetoric on this situation.

When we are telling people not to believe what is being filed with the SEC, we are really going out on a limb.
