The period between the last PGAS 10-K and the last 10-Q was the first 3 months of 2017. The OS might not have changed, but did the float change? What was the float on December 31, 2016 and what was the float on March 31, 2017?

That will tell us how much stock dilution PGAS has incurred. I ask this because the restricted shares are vesting out and freeing up real fast.
