Hey Enrico! Yes... crazy Volume lately. About 1.8 billion over the past 20 trading days. A lot going on here, notes converting over the past month, however heavy accumulation started shortly after end of 2nd quarter & has been through the roof off-setting the dilution. Huge large block institutional type buys & some days over 100mil on bid. On 6/30 Vert Capital acquired 20% of the fully diluted OS for the Poolworks acquisition making them the largest shareholder. News due on several fronts. The past 3 days we've seen cross-trades mimicking dilution & 0005 appears to be the bottom as today people were having trouble getting filled @ 0005. The past 3 days straight pps was actually stepped up right before the bell from 0005 to close at 0006. IMO it will run starting at 0006 but large bid sitting at 0004 & 0005 is preventing the run.
