How did he know "end of summer "?

I have friend that thinks that this will be over 50 cents in a year. He says Bu`Zee told him. I don't know this Bu`Zee character but can't find any info on company other than some link to another company call kget which appears to be headed towards bankruptcy.

Any real facts will be appreciated as this appears to be a dead stock?
