F1ash is 100% correct. The last time we had a sell-off like this was Oct/Nov 2016. We went from $7/share to $2.80 in a few weeks. It's obvious that LPC was selling shares on behalf of AVXL because they reported an increase of funds. (See below)

As of September 30, 2016, we had $9.2 million in cash, ..."

"December 12, 2016, we had $17.3 million in cash. "

Net increase of $8.1 million.

Very interesting to match that with the stock price chart. (Oct -Nov)
