mattchew, there was a bankruptcy...

...all the way through a confirmed plan.

...assets of the WMB bank seized and the WMI parent holding company 'were litigated.

...the ultimate deal, by the cleanup crew of Willingham (got rid of Joyce, then BK counsel) and Susman (opened office in NY), i.e., the mediated settlement, discloses ALL of the rewards (well, not much for shareholders by 'they did well).

...approved even by releasing 'shareholders.
