About the DOE... Yes, it's best not to place our hopes on them. At this point, CCTC doesn't really need them to deploy Pristine-M, but they could still use a grant for further Pristine-SA research.
Speaking of DOE grants... Today, it was reported Ramaco received a $7M DOE grant for research into using coal feedstock to make carbon fiber at their Brook Mine in Wyoming. Hmm, I wonder if any CCTC technology would be useful in prepping that feedstock to removing sellable hydrocarbon liquids? Probably not, but you never know. CEO Randal Atkins and Robin Eves were both at that WY miner's convention in June.
