Missling is an experienced M&A and CFO guy. He knows how the market works. He will sell on news. The last sale was for running money and it was banked. The next sale will be at a higher level, the company has achieved too much for it to be otherwise.




It does not matter if he sales high or low it matters where the dollar cost average ends UP ! For instance, the company sells a million shares from 5.00 down to 3.90 and then the stock turns up and he sells another mill @ 6.50, then another 2mil at 7.50 and the last at 8/8.50. no problem selling the first mil at a low price, given this scenario? Is this not how the deal is structured?
