However, the Board of Directors hopes not to implement the Reverse Stock Split and reserves the right to abandon the Reverse Stock Split at any time prior to filing the Reverse Stock Split Amendment if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Reverse Stock Split is not needed to maintain our listing on The NASDAQ Capital Market and is no longer in the best interests of the Company and its stockholders.
