You're right but what's killing this is this little third grade school girl battle, going on, on Twitter, is not helping anything, one of the two of these guys needs to get an attorney and Sue the s*** out of the other one and get aggressive.. the first guy to prove himself, will be the one to put out an official press release on all this garbage, all these legal opinion garbage means and nothing. all it means is you've got to Shady car salesman fighting each other for control.. and at this point neither one of them have proven that they could run and efficient lemonade stand... my concern is if Dallas gets it back he's going to take it and sit on it like an egg in a nest for another 3 years and tank the garbage out of it.. and on the other hand MMG, I'm thinking if the marijuana companies have any idea of the battle going on on the Twitter account and on here why would they risk their company getting involved with this legal BS, just thinking
