Hope somebody can help me understand why are they having an adcomm if the FDA has put a 30 month hold on a final decision due to the lawsuit and how does it effect the PDUFA date?

I think it's something akin to "you are innocent until proven guilty"

And... the countersuit says "If you keep me from rightfully making money on false pretense... you're going to have to pay me that money I would have made" if you didn't get in my way.
