That offers some clarification. But I don't think they told the complete story of the Northbridge 3(a)(10) shares. I gather the 650 million shares they issued to Oshana are only the first of many issuances to come.

The challenges have been reconciling the financials of A Clean Slate, Inc. prior to the merger as there were no financial records available since the last quarterly financials were filed September 30, 2011 as the previous operator is deceased before Astrom took over the company.

And that's the problem with reverse mergers. One of them, at least.
