Wanna see fireworks? The only way anybody is going to see any fireworks besides a 1 tick climb is if:

VIC RELEASES SOME NEWS OF SALES AND CONTRACTS. No one gives a hoot what criminal he hires. No one cares if "strategic investor" demonstrates his commitment again. No one cares about the usual b.s. that has been spewed for years.

This goes no where but a tick or two up, and a three ticks down. Not worth it without news.
