LOL again! The filing of a 10Q or 10K does not prevent new dilution of company shares nor does the filing of a NT 10Q/K stop it. The false expectation is that the public does not have a current filing which is also "ASSuming" as we stated. The claim was that a NT 10Q/K stops the company from selling or transferring restrictive company shares. I've already posted the rule 144 that refutes that! It should be reread for the detail in selling of restrictive shares.
