As reported before, other licensed, functioning MMJ grow facilities simply went out and found large vacant buildings (ones with walls, floors, parking lots, plumbing, electricity, restrooms etc)-- bought or leased them, re-purposed them for growing MJ, got approved/ licensed and started making money. IF AMS had simply done that 3 years ago they'd likely already have enough profits to bankroll a giant, custom MMJ facility like the one in Hanover.
Fast forward to 7/21/17.. AMS is stuck.. dependent on one-man-band Josh Alper to come to the rescue. If he doesn't do it and do it fast I wouldn't be surprised if the AMS consortium would have to sell their property or file bankruptcy.
