I can post an email but I would block the contact information for obvious reasons here on a public board with absolutely no discretion. And I don't ask my friends to verify what they tell me so the email is between him and myself not US Stem Cell.

I have however always received a response from the company so can't help with why you don't. Maybe it's because I don't ask questions I know they can not legally answer.
