Heck, it could be a 100 bagger ....

Especially if they go down the MJ path and are connected to a large upstart out of Canada....

Seems like a few folks got control of this and took it dormant until such time...

Negative: there appears to be zero functioning business here, merely a shell corporation with debt.

Positive: there are connected individuals at the helm and debt settlement agreements look to be in place. Oddly, all that volume late last year seems to just be accumulated shares shoved under a matress..

This has the makings of something that can explode out of the rabbit hole.... it could also just rot away in it too...
