I'm sure it's a lot more complicated than this, but if the SEC is a function designed to protect investors and the public, why isn't there an exit strategy for investors/public of a stock the SEC knows they are going to shut down? Kind of defeats the purpose of protecting us when get we wiped out in the process too.
