I've seen NDA's PR'd before. All you are "officially" saying is, "I can't say anything? Just letting all you shareholders know! lol!

I'm not really concerned about possible delisting, and don't suppose SK/CYTR could/would say anything if/when an extension has been even requested, much less granted. Can that be looked up anywhere?

Nothing is making a lot of sense right now, which I suppose makes perfect sense. If price declines into the 50's or lower, I'll likely buy more shares/options depending on what sense can be made of CYTR on any given day. ;p
