If this stock is "Dump and Pump", as I've publicly speculated about many times, then Noreen saying "coming weeks" when she knows damn well it will take much longer fits right in line with a "Dump and Pump" scheme. In other words, they want to scare outsiders away and cause them to sell off = cheapies for the insiders. The volume is already over 1.1m today, and it's early.
