As for the Kennel, I would think using the same water bowl for any dog is no different than for humans. It spreads germs. Dogs are usually less likely to contract disease, but they are still living subject to pathogens.
When Medizone has the staff and money to research the potential transfer of Influenza, or any other virus or bacteria, in a closed environment, by seeding a virus on a water bowl, or other utensil, and seeing how long these viruses can survive, could be a great source of future revenue. Just the Hair (fur) clippers, could transfer bugs.
I would be curious to know the cause and source of that outbreak in Florida.
