As far as Kiewit is concerned nobody should speak for them unless you have been in the meetings concerning CCTC. They do own Buckskin Miming Co. 27 million tons per year out of the Southern Powder River Basin. IF MAYBE POSSIBLY an engineering firm retooled and fired up a plant that showed it does enhance the BTU's of PRB coal and that firm owned a coal mine in the PRB region it is only natural ( like coal) they would take a financial interest in this plant. Completely just a guess on my part.
Material balances refers to the end result of the coal put into the plant and what comes out the other end. Does it make it better and at a reasonable cost? I have made my play that the answer is yes and yes .
The DOE I don't know. That I believe would be great but not placing my bets on the government as that is not part of our model. Beach bound with my 5yr old. Good weekend everybody.
