Funact,
My guess is Uncle Posco got wind the 7.56% dilution was coming and bought the additional 25M shares in order to maintain its unquestionable first tier Insider classification plus top volume shareholder status above the BOD "hive" and to improve their (Posco) claim (lien) rights for our assets in bankruptcy court if we go under. Uncle Posco has already lost so much money on paper with us that another $500,000 means nothing in this deal now.
